There are all kinds of new prints and pieces contained within LEGO Minifigures 71052 Series 29, including these eight elements that you’ll want multiples of.
LEGO 71052 Series 29 will be launching early next month, with the latest line-up of Collectible Minifigures boasting 12 impressive costumed characters to pick up. Those include the likes of Trash Monster, Tuba Player, Robot T. rex, Boba Cup Fan and Marine Biologist, all of which come with highly-desirable new prints and parts.
With that in mind, here are eight pieces with other potential applications in 71052 Series 29 that we think you’ll want to grab multiples of when the latest LEGO Collectible Minifigures arrive on May 1.
1 – Soccer Goalkeeper’s football

71052 Series 29’s Soccer Goalkeeper is perfectly-timed for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 and boasts some eye-catching torso and leg printing. In addition, the sports-based minifigure also comes with a printed football, one that features a different design to the balls that are part of the recently-revealed LEGO Editions models.
2 – Marine Biologist’s clownfish

There have been all kinds of LEGO diver minifigures released over the years, but there’s still plenty to appreciate about Marine Biologist. That includes the character’s tiny clownfish accessory, a printed version of the aquatic denizen that we wouldn’t be surprised to see pop up in more underwater sets further down the line.
3 – Robot T. rex’s battery

What’s not to like about a robotic dinosaur? Easily one of the highlights of 71052 Series 29, the Robot T. rex’s design presents a striking and inventive character that will undoubtedly find a home in many fans' collections. In addition, the minifigure also has a two-piece battery, with the orange and black part of the accessory having all kinds of potential uses in possible future LEGO builds.
4 – Unicorn Elf’s horn

The Unicorn Elf is a pure fantasy character and unlikely to impress fans of LEGO Classic Castle minifigures, but is still a welcome addition to the latest Collectible Minifigures line-up nonetheless. What’s more, she has the single largest accessory in 71052 Series 29, a white unicorn with a separate pearlescent horn that could easily be utilised in other building projects.
5 – Tuba Player’s tuba

Those looking to expand the contents of 11371 Shopping Street’s music shop would do well to grab a few extra Tuba Players from 71052 Series 2. The minifigure’s uniform may not match the design of the twin girls in the LEGO Icons set, but the specially-moulded tuba element would certainly look right at home in the modular building’s store.
6 – Trash Monster’s fish skeleton and flies
One of the most unique characters to be found in 71052 Series 29 is the Trash Monster, a muck-encrusted creature who also comes with multiple accessories. Those items include a pair of 1x1 printed flies that could be handy for adding to Botanicals builds and a white fish skeleton that would go well with any LEGO cat figure.
7 – Monster Hunter’s hat-hair combo and pistol
As well as being armed to the teeth, the Monster Hunter minifigure also features two new elements that could prove popular with builders. First, there’s a fine-looking hat-and-hair piece that deserves multiple colourways, plus a golden steampunk gun/sword/flamethrower that might be just the ticket for certain architectural creations.
8 – Boba Cup Fan’s pink torso

Rounding out the list of useful new parts in 71052 Series 29 is the Boba Cup fan’s plain pink torso, hidden underneath the character’s decorated pearlescent boba cup piece. The pink torso and arms combo makes its debut in the upcoming LEGO Collectible Minifigures and can always be paired with the previously-released pink legs and hips.
71052 Series 29 will launch on May 1, 2026, with each blind-box priced at £3.49 / $4.99 / €3.99. To find out more about the upcoming LEGO Collectible Minifigures, go check out our review here and be sure to download the Brick Search app in advance.
