Who’s who in LEGO 40506 Fabuland Tribute?
The next LEGO House exclusive set has been revealed today and here’s your guide to the brick-built animal characters included with the upcoming model.
This year’s LEGO House exclusive set has been officially revealed, with the sixth addition to the series launching on March 1, 2025. 40506 LEGO Fabuland Tribute is a true love letter to the beloved 1980s theme, one that was conceived and created by LEGO House Master Builder Stuart Harris, and LEGO Senior Designer, Markus Rollbühler.
The main focus of 40506 LEGO Fabuland Tribute are its four brick-built animal characters, Edward Elephant, Joe Crow, Dr. Lucy Lamb and Clive Crocodile. The quartet all appeared in a number of LEGO Fabuland sets back in the day and represent just a few of the 98 variations of figures that were released across the theme over a period of a decade.

Edward Elephant
Three versions of Edward Elephant were released from 1988, two iterations wearing red tops and one sporting a yellow fisherman’s coat and hat. The character was also the main star in the animated TV series, Edward and Friends, which ran from 1987-1989.
Joe Crow
Making his LEGO Fabuland debut in 1980, Joe Crow was a pilot at an airport, hence the red flying helmet with goggles. The character only appeared in a total of three sets and is similar in appearance to another denizen of Fabuland, Charlie Crow.
Dr. Lucy Lamb
First included in 137 Hospital in 1979, Dr. Lucy Lamb would go on to pop up in five more LEGO Fabuland sets over the years. Variants of the character include one with a yellow dress and a different version with a blue dress.
Clive Crocodile
Boasting a lime green head, Clive Crocodile featured a black torso and green legs, all of which have been replicated in 40506 Fabuland Tribute. The only thing that’s missing from the character in the LEGO House set is his trademark printed bowtie.
Those planning to travel to the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark will be able to purchase 40506 LEGO Fabuland Tribute for 649 DKK when the exclusive set launches on March 1, 2025.
