The two Grand Prize winners of the competition will receive a signed LEGO 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell and a prize package of LOTR-themed goodies. Two Runners Up will also receive a copy of LEGO 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell.

You must create and submit your entry before April 11, 2023 at 4pm EST, or 9pm UK time. LEGO Ideas recommends submitting your entry two to three days before the deadline, just in case it needs any changes made to it. Submissions can be made out of physical bricks or using a digital brick program, like Bricklink Studio.

Entries will then be judged by a LEGO Ideas panel of judges made up of members of the LEGO Lord of the Rings team, with their assessments based on:?

  • Overall coolness and originality: 25%?
  • Most inspired details: 25%?
  • Relevance to contest theme: 25%?
  • Best use of LEGO elements: 25%?

The winning entries will be chosen by April 15, 2023 and the two winners and two Runners Up will be announced by May 2. You can see the full guidelines and rules for submission on the LEGO Ideas website.
