You’re gonna need a bigger boat with this LEGO Jaws build
LEGO meets Jaws in this fan-made diorama featuring the iconic shark clashing against the hull of the Orca.
LEGO fans continue to amaze with a new Jaws diorama recreating a scene from the titular 1975 movie. The creation features some interesting techniques and designs to realise the shark crashing out of the water.
Hachiroku24 is the creator behind the model who showed off their build in a video uploaded to YouTube. The video features a step-by-step tutorial on how to build the diorama as well as showing a 360-degree view of it.
The creation uses plenty of SNOT construction with studs attached on their side to recreate the water and the hull of the Orca boat. Intricate ropework using LEGO ropes decorate the boat and stretch to the top of the mast.
Minifigures of Brody, Quint and Hooper populate the diorama with Brody sporting a thick jumper previously seen in LEGO Ideas 21310 Old Fishing Store. The Orca even includes an interior with bench and table to plot their next move.
Hachiroku24 has uploaded the build to the LEGO Ideas platform in the hope of it reaching 10,000 supports. What’s more, they already have a project currently in review with Portal 2 – GLaDOS vs Chell and Wheatley.
