With dozens of sets leaving the shelves for good in less than three months, here are ten you can save up to 25% on in John Lewis‘ latest LEGO deals.
As every LEGO fan knows (and some have learned the hard way), buying LEGO sets before they retire will likely save you a decent chunk of money, with retired sets soaring in price on the secondhand market. Luckily, John Lewis has a way for you to save even more than the usual RRP on ten retiring sets, ranging from Modular Buildings to LEGO Ideas models, in its latest sale.
Two Modular Buildings on their way out this year are discounted by 20% right now, 10255 Assembly Square and 10278 Police Station. That means you can fill out your brick-built streetscape even more, with the largest modular ever released.

Elsewhere, capture a piece of automobile history with 10265 Expert Ford Mustang Collector’s Car, discounted by a huge 25% and saving you £37.50 overall. Or, if you prefer a little more practicality to your vehicles, LEGO Technic 42144 Material Handler is also on its way out at the end of this year, but now reduced by 25% at John Lewis.
Plus, if you missed out on 10291 Queer Eye – The Fab 5 Loft when it retired at the end of last year, John Lewis clearly has some stock leftover, as it’s discounted the set by a huge 25% as well. This is surely the best deal you’ll find on the TV-themed set, with few other retailers even stocking it anymore. It goes for up to £200 or more on the secondhand market, so the discounted price of £67.49 at John Lewis is a steal.
