Take a look at this $1,000 LEGO Star Wars Jabba’s Sail Barge display
The ultimate LEGO Star Wars 75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge display has been devised for over $1,000, creating an in-depth tribute to the UCS set.
Those with the budget to spare may want to take a page out of GlumTangerine6039‘s book after they pick up 75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge as the Reddit user has made one of the best possible displays for the set, spending a pretty penny to do so. The user’s custom display for the Ultimate Collector Series model incorporates two copies of 75396 Desert Skiff & Sarlacc Pit as well as some additional minifigures and elements, accurately recreating the scene from Return of the Jedi.
They claim in the comments that this display cost them just over $1,000 (that’s Australian dollars according to the user), but assuming they bought all of the sets at their RRP, they must have spent at least $1,000 and that doesn’t include the additional elements that make up the slice of the Dune Sea.

It’s hard to tell how much this model cost them, but it’s probably closer to at least $1,300 (AUD). Still, that’s a high price for what is possibly the best display for the new Ultimate Collector Series model. The details stretch beneath the surface sand too with a small cave housing a campfire.
Other users in the comments suggest adding a cross-section of the Sarlaac to show any victims’ remains and there’s undoubtedly still a lot of potential in GlumTangerine6039‘s display. Hopefully, they’ve got some budget left.
You can pick up a copy of 75397 Jabba’s Sail Barge now for £429.99 / $499.99 / €499.99 as well as 75396 Desert Skiff & Sarlacc Pit for £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99. Click here to see how every other Jabba’s Sail Barge build compares to the latest LEGO Star Wars set.
