As well as Toad, 71368 Toad’s Treasure Hunt exclusively includes Toadette as well as a Cheep Cheep and a Goomba. The set features three mushroom houses, a bridge, a large tree and a treasure chest. 

That chest is for one of the main functions of the set, for use with an interactive figure. Find the numbered blocks around the level too for bonus coins. 71368 Toad’s Treasure Hunt is compatible with the rest of the LEGO Super Mario course-building system.
