Freebies and a new starter pack for LEGO Fortnite is your reason to try it out at last

If you've been waiting for a reason to finally try out LEGO Fortnite for yourself, we've got two for you right here.

There's a brand-new starter pack available for LEGO Fortnite players, offering the perfect springboard to get you started in the brick-base game. It's got everything you need to get off to a blazing start, including an Outfit, Back Bling and Decor Bundle (with 13 Decor Items for use in LEGO Fortnite).

You can find it for yourself in the Fortnite Item Shop. An early snapshot of the pack reveal that most of the accessories come in the same colour scheme of turquoise, bright pink, purple, and yellow. Some of the decor items include a unicorn statue, a bed, and other digital items for your virtual bedroom. The Operation Brite Starter Pack costs £2.79 in the Epic Games Store.

What's more, PlayStation users can pick up the Blazin' Wheels Pack, entirely for free right now on the PlayStation Store, which includes the Lina Scorch Outfit and the Gas Up Pack Back Bling. Downloading the pack in the store means it should automatically in your library when you next load LEGO Fortnite.

These new items come after fans didn't react well to the recent addition of LEGO Fortnite Kits. The relatively steep price of the kits in the in-game currency of V-Bucks has led some players to think that they're not worth the value. Luckily, it doesn't appear to have stopped the flow of free content, judging from the freebie for PlayStation gamers and the continued low price for starter packs like the Operation Brite Starter Pack.
