Boy’s missing poster leads to LEGO minifigure reunion
A missing poster for a LEGO minifigure might not seem like the most efficient way to find a lost character, but it worked for one boy.
A young boy has managed to reunite with a missing LEGO minifigure thanks to a homemade and surprisingly effective missing poster. reports The Mirror. Jack Steele, aged 10, of Ulverston, Cumbria was upset upon discovering that the minifigure was missing, as any LEGO enthusiast would be when it comes to one of their favourite minifigures.
Thankfully for Jack, a £2 reward and the placement of the poster caught the attention of a mother online whose daughter had come across a similar-looking minifigure in a local park.

These fortuitous finds proved to be crucial in the quest to reunite Jack with his missing minifigure and as a reward, a box of chocolates was provided. Following the incident, it has been theorised that the minifigure, made at the LEGO Discovery Centre in Manchester, had fallen out of Jack’s bag on the way to his grandma, where he hoped to show off the minifigure.
The minifigure and Jack are now together again as the missing poster ultimately proved to be effective. Those who lose a minifigure in the future may want to try a similar strategy after retracing their steps, especially if it’s not in the bag after visiting your local LEGO store.
