LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 3 finalists revealed
The five finalists in the third series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program have been revealed, ranging from a castle to a dockside office.
The LEGO BrickLink Designer Pgoram continues with the unveiling of its latest models which will now move to the crowdfunding phase as part of Series 3. The usual selection of five builds has been confirmed on the website.
Here’s everything you need to know about the five finalists in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 3. However, note that changes to the designs may be made before they reach the crowdfunding phase, which will start in October 2024.
Harbormaster’s Office
Pieces: 2,395 Minifigures: 4 Stickers: 13 Designer: Rich_Herbert
The Harbormaster’s Office offers a unique waterfront model showcasing the area beneath the waves but without completely depicting the top of the water. It should pair well with 21310 Old Fishing Store.
The Art of Chocolate
Pieces: 2,574 Minifigures: 7 Stickers: 27 Designer: brickester
Inspired by the process of creating chocolate and every step within it, The Art of Chocolate is based on a rejected LEGO Ideas project from the same user and is proposing seven minifigures in its LEGO BrickLink Designer Program set.
Forest Stronghold
Pieces: 3,208 Minifigures: 8 Stickers: 0 Designer: Krackenator
It wouldn’t be a round of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program without a castle. Similar to 910001 Castle in the Forest, Forest Stronghold offers a base for the Forestmen of LEGO Castle with a zipline to boot.
Camping Adventure
Pieces: 643 Minifigures: 2 Stickers: 0 Designer: Thepresident14
The smallest of the models in the third series is Camping Adventure, offering a classic caravan model in an idyllic autumn scene with a pair of minifigures and a slice of the landscape and its ecosystem.
Lost City
Pieces: 3,332 Minifigures: 2 Stickers: 0 Designer: letsgolegobrick
Lost City is another rejected LEGO Ideas project that has been given life thanks to the BrickLink Designer Program, including a ruined portion of an ancient city to explore and appreciate.
