Build a LEGO Wonder of the World with 21056 Taj Mahal

Previously a LEGO Creator Expert set, 21056 Taj Mahal is back on the market as a LEGO Architecture build.

In the same way that the Death Star was retired and re-released with a brand new design the following year, 21056 Taj Mahal has returned at a much more affordable price. The set is smaller than 10256 Taj Mahal was but still has plenty of detail, with the range of parts used in LEGO Architecture sets lending plenty of opportunities for a neat design.

The build is based on the iconic and perfectly symmetrical Taj Mahal, once a tomb for an emperor’s wife and now one of India’s most popular tourist spots. The set sticks close to reality both inside and out, with a liftable roof revealing a central chamber and the main tomb within.

For anyone keen to bring a Modern Wonder of the World into their home, 21056 Taj Mahal is available to buy in official LEGO stores or online from LEGO.com for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99. If you need more info before you buy, check out our in-depth review here.
