Closer look at new LEGO sets on display at SDCC 2024
If you couldn’t make it to the LEGO booth at SDCC in person, then let photos from those on the ground make you feel like you were there.
A flurry of LEGO sets have been revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2024, and plenty more LEGO Star Wars, Marvel and more sets are also on display. Thanks to those sharing photos from inside the booth online, even people who couldn’t make it to the event can get a sense of what’s on display.
We’ve already offered a look inside the LEGO booth but now it’s time to zoom in a little closer and look at all the newly-revealed LEGO sets on display at SDCC.
LEGO Star Wars 75388 Jedi Bob’s Starfighter

Just a few days ahead of its release on August 1, we’ve got an official reveal for 75388 Jedi Bob’s Starfighter. This marks the return of a deep cut into LEGO Star Wars history in honour of the 25th anniversary, throwing it back to the long and consulted history of the once-unofficial character. The cult figure will appear in a 305-piece set, priced at £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99, featured alongside fellow Star Wars characters: an Ackbar Trooper and a Gonk Droid named Servo (SR-V0).
The display at SDCC, as captured by Nerdist, also features a chance to win the set by scanning the QR code.
LEGO 71047 Dungeons & Dragons Minifigures

SDCC attendees were also privy to the official reveal of 71047 Dungeons & Dragons Collectible Minifigures, featuring 12 DnD characters from various species and disciplines. That includes *deep breath*: The Lady of Pain, Strahd von Zarovich, Tasha the Witch Queen, Szass Tam, a Tiefling Sorcerer, an Elf Bard, a Halfling Druid, a Dwarf Barbarian, a Dragonborn Paladin, an Aarakocra Ranger, a Gith Warlock, and a Mind Flayer.
71047 Dungeons & Dragons is available to pre-order now for £3.49 each at LEGO.com.
LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 77000 Shadow the Hedgehog

Due for release on October 1 for £59.99 in the UK, $69.99 in the US and €69.99 in Europe, 77000 Shadow the Hedgehog has been met with mixed responses at best from fans. The set is made up of 720 pieces, including a Chaos Emerald and three Gold Rings hidden away in the build. The stand and plaque structure is similar to the LEGO Star Wars and Marvel Helmet Collections that came before and demonstrates Sega’s focus on the black hedgehog in the coming months, ahead of his debut in the movie fracnhise via December’s Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
