There may be room on the street for even more LEGO Marvel modular buildings in the future, both from the movies and comics.
A recent interview with LEGO designers including Mark Stafford and Justin Ramsden with MiniSuperHeroesToday regarding
"They seem popular" - Mark Stafford responded when asked about the possibility of more superhero modular buildings.
"Yeah exactly, 76269 Avengers Tower is my swan song I never want to make it ever again," - Justin Ramsden stated, laughing.
"I'm so fed up of windows but they look so cool that yeah it would be crazy not to go back or redo or think about other things especially as the movies keep coming," noted Stafford.
While nothing has been officially confirmed, this quote confirms that the team is at least open to the idea of redesigning buildings previously depicted in LEGO Marvel. However, most of the remaining buildings aren't located in New York and are somewhat harder to imagine as modular buildings.
"The Marvel universe is so huge, there's so many stories to tell so who knows where we're going to go next in the LEGO superhero line but it's pretty exciting," mentions Ramsden.
"I'd love to pull from the comic books, you know, Daredevil's brownstone or something like that would be very nice," adds Stafford.
