First in-hand images of LEGO Marvel X-Men 5009015 Cerebro GWP spotted

With the release of LEGO Marvel 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion and its accompanying gift-with-purchase around the corner, here’s the first look at it in hand.

Japanese LEGO fan site STDS has published its review of 5009015 Cerebro, offering the first in-hand look at the accompanying freebie to 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion. Available only with purchases of the upcoming LEGO Marvel release, it’s sure to fly out of stock rapidly. It includes a minifigure of Professor X, his wheelchair, and the platform where he uses Cerebro – the machine that can find mutants all over the world – from, suspended on transparent bricks.

The images provided by STDS offer a closer look at some of the most appealing features of the GWP, including the opening door and the printed ‘Cerebro’ brick that labels the set at the front of the stand. There’s also an up-close shot of the printed Jubilee element, as she shows up on the screen Professor X uses to find mutants.

While there’s no Cerebro headgear for Professor X included in the GWP, it is included in 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion, which is the only way to get your hands on the gift (apart from buying it secondhand at a later date).

5009015 Cerebro is available exclusively for LEGO Insiders purchasing 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion from November 1 to 7, or while stocks last – which we wouldn’t expect to be very long. Check out our full review of the X-Mansion here.
