First look at LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Batcave

The customisable Batcave in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has been revealed, giving players a hint of what to expect in the upcoming video game.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight content continues to be drip-fed to eager gamers patiently awaiting the arrival of the title in 2026. So far we’ve had a sneak peak at a number of Batsuits that will be unlockable in the game, as well as confirmation of customisable vehicles.

Now comes a first look at the Batcave, courtesy of YouTuber ruggedeagle, a feature of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight that will expand as players complete more of the main story mode. The location is also the place to display your Batsuit and vehicle collection, as well as any trophies you’ve discovered while exploring Gotham City.

The brief glimpse of the Batcave reveals the trusty Batcomputer, complete with multiple screens showing crimes in progress, allowing the Dark Knight to choose his next mission.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will offer players the opportunity to customise the Batcave as they see fit, allowing them to decide how they want their own version of the iconic location to look.

The video also highlights just a few of the many secret items to be found hidden throughout LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, such as The Penguin’s giant rubber ducks and The Joker’s playing cards, which can then be displayed in the Batcave once you’ve found them all.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store sometime next year. Players can already secure a free Golden Age Batsuit inspired by Detective Comics #27 in advance right now by signing up for a WB Games account.
