Go retro with three new LEGO Marvel sets right now

Three new LEGO Marvel sets are ready to buy now – and they're taking us on a trip down memory lane.

LEGO Marvel's June 1 offering may be small, but comic book lovers might find something that catches their eyes. 76257 Wolverine Construction Figure captures the iconic superhero in his yellow and blue costume from the original comics, rather than Hugh Jackman's preferred clothing of black leather.

Similarly, 76258 Captain America Construction Figure captures a version of Captain America from the past, reflecting Steve Rogers' (Chris Evans) portrayal of the First Avenger, rather than Sam Wilson's (Anthony Mackie) refresh on the character. This does make sense, however, seeing as we've only truly seen Wilson's Captain America for a few short scenes at the end of his titular TV show.

What's more, Steve Rogers is captured once again in the third LEGO Marvel set releasing on June 1, alongside Black Widow. As the name would suggest, 76260 Black Widow & Captain America Motorcycles uses its small piece count of 281 to build the two minifigures and their motorbikes, designed in their respective colour themes.

While things might seem relatively quiet on the Marvel front in June, we can only hope that the LEGO Group has more good stuff planned for us for the second half of 2023. For now, here's a reminder of all the details for the LEGO Marvel sets on the way from June 1.
