Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 clip has us wanting more LEGO Marvel figures
A new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 clip may have you wanting more LEGO Marvel characters, but there might be a solution, partially.
With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’s release on May 5 – or earlier in some regions – nearing, a new clip has been revealed by Collider. The clip doesn’t feature any heavy spoilers but consider this a warning for those who want to go into the film blind.
The footage introduces Lylla the otter following a short appearance in an earlier trailer, Floor the rabbit and Teefs the walrus alongside Baby Rocket.
Baby Rocket is included in 76254 Baby Rocket’s Ship, but he’s the only one in the group to have a figure. Thankfully, the otter in both 21338 A-Frame Cabin and 60394 ATV and Otter Habitat seems like a worthy depiction of Lylla.
However, both Teefs and Floor may be harder to recreate with no LEGO walrus piece and Floor’s cybernetic modifications making the task more difficult than with Lylla and Rocket.
We previously reported that Rocket is a focus of James Gunn’s for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and this clip appears to back that up, as do Gunn’s recent comments on the clip, proclaiming his love for the team of animals.
The three LEGO Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 sets are out now ahead of the release of the film on May 5, 2023, or earlier in select regions.
