Hi-res images of LEGO Disney 100th anniversary ‘Up’ House and Disney Train revealed

High-resolution images of two upcoming LEGO Disney 100th anniversary sets – 43212 Disney Celebration Train and 43217 ‘Up’ House – have surfaced online.

We’re gradually getting a clearer look at both of these new minifigure-led LEGO Disney sets – first from the product certification page, then the building instructions server, and now from German retailer JB Spielwaren. The latest images offer the best glimpse yet at everything they have to offer, from a who’s who of Disney characters to our first-ever set inspired by Pixar’s Up.

43212 Disney Celebration Train includes minifigures of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Woody, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and Moana, the latter of whom has so far only appeared as a mini-doll. Each of the characters gets their own themed train car (except Minnie, who’s left to stand on the brick-built sidelines). It’s a 4+ set, so don’t expect an especially complex build.

43217 ‘Up’ House, meanwhile, recreates a Pixar classic that LEGO Ideas fans have long been asking for. The 598-piece build includes the façade of Carl’s house, complete with a handful of balloons, and minifigures of Carl, Russell and Dug the Dog. It’s a set that could easily have ballooned in size (sorry), but the LEGO Group has wisely kept it affordable. You’ll just need to add more balloons yourself.

JB Spielwaren has since removed its product listings for both of these sets, but the images were saved and published by Brickset and Jay’s Brick Blog, among others. Here’s hoping they show up at LEGO.com relatively soon, alongside other April 1 releases like the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 sets.
