Merlin Entertainments, who operates the LEGOLAND resorts, has announced a new global partnership with Immersive Gamebox for future projects.
A global partnership between Merlin Entertainments and Immersive Gamebox has been officially announced to bring immersive games to Merlin locations over the next five years. Immersive Gamebox's games include original motion-activated titles inspired by Angry Birds, Paw Patrol and Squid Game.
With 27 locations in the UK, USA, Europe, and United Arab Emirates, Immersive Gamebox's reach will now expand to Merlin's estate including two existing sites in Sydney, Australia and Oberhausen, Germany by the end of 2023. Plans are also in place to bring Immersive Gamebox to more Merlin locations over the next five years.

With the reveal of Merlin Entertainment's intentions to add Immersive Gamebox locations to their estate around the world, there's a real possibility of LEGOLAND resorts getting the games in the future. It's worth noting that the press release mentions the LEGO Group regarding future collaborations for Immersive Gamebox.
At the time of writing, nothing concrete has been confirmed regarding the LEGO Group, LEGOLAND resorts and Immersive Gamebox, but it might be worth watching this space for future announcements.
