It’s the final countdown for BrickLink Designer Program Series 5
The crowdfunding window for BrickLink Designer Program Series 5’s five fan-designed LEGO sets closes in a matter of hours.
This is your final chance to secure your copies of Adventure in Transylvania, The Thieves of Tortuga, Popcorn Wagon, Mushroom Village and Antique Shop directly through BrickLink and LEGO.com. After that, your only option will be to turn to the secondary market, where you’ll very likely have to pay inflated prices (especially for the most popular sets).
You’ve got until 12pm PT / 8pm BST today – or around 10 hours from the time this story goes live – to place your pre-orders for any or all of the five sets, all of which still have stock available thanks to Series 5’s dynamic quantities. The LEGO Group will place a temporary hold on your card for the funds, but you won’t actually be charged fully until sets ship around six months from now.

The next BrickLink Designer Program crowdfunding window will take place in October for Series 6, with five brand new fan-designed sets up for grabs. If you want to see your models available to buy as official LEGO sets, the submission window for Series 9 will open in September.
