Jurassic World star Jonathan Bailey builds a LEGO set – without instructions

Jurassic World star Jonathan Bailey has attempted to build one of his character’s most climactic scenes in LEGO – but without instructions.

With the assistance of a young LEGO fan, Maxim, actor Jonathan Bailey, who stars as Dr Loomis in Jurassic World Rebirth, has done his best to build 76976 Spinosaurus & Quetzalcoatlus Air Mission without looking at the instructions. Thankfully, some of the work had already been done, although that didn’t stop him from putting the Spinosaurus’ arms on backwards.

The rest of the build went much better, and it was seemingly not Jonathan’s first time building a LEGO set. Although he didn’t give further details, he did profess his love for LEGO at the beginning of the video, suggesting he’s already got a few under his belt.

Indeed, he may well have tried building himself in miniature in another form, having already appeared in LEGO Wicked sets as mini-doll Fiyero. That same character will soon get the minifigure treatment in 75691 Glinda & Elphaba Bookends.

Check out Jonathan and Maxim taking on the Jurassic World LEGO set, available to buy now for £139.99 in the UK, $159.99 in the US, and €149.99 in Europe.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.

I love the brotherhood shown between these two and hope to see Maxim back with Jonathan Bailey for all future LEGO releases. ??
