A strange LEGO Speed Champions polybag seems to be imminently launching as the official online store lists it as a gift-with-purchase.

Every LEGO Speed Champions polybag so far has followed or launched at the same time as a larger build of that vehicle but that doesn't seem to be the case with 30709 Ferrari 499P - Hypercar. The 2025 polybag was revealed earlier this month and has now been listed on the official online store.

This listing labels the set as a gift-with-purchase, as many other LEGO polybags before it have been before being offered with qualifying purchases. This listing suggests that 30709 Ferrari 499P - Hypercar will see the same fate. It's also common for polybags like this to be listed shortly before their corresponding deal starts too.

While there's no larger version of 30709 Ferrari 499P - Hypercar at the time of writing, a major wave for LEGO Speed Champions is being released on March 1 and it wouldn't be surprising to see the polybag available with orders of the theme over a certain threshold next month.

That's only speculation on our part, but it would be a great opportunity to further promote the Formula 1 models. Either way, the gift-with-purchase label on its official listing heavily suggests that it will be offered as either a free gift or as a LEGO Insiders reward.
