LEGO 71741 NINJAGO CITY Gardens retirement postponed
The
Group has postponed the planned retirement of its biggest set to date, .For the past few months, the latest
modular building – which arrived on shelves for the theme’s 10th anniversary in 2021, some distance from predecessors and 70657 NINJAGO City Docks – was slated to exit production by the end of this year. But if you’ve been saving up to bag it before it’s gone, good news: you’ve now got a little more breathing room.As of May 2022,
is now scheduled to stay on shelves until at least the end of 2024, which represents a full two-year extension to its planned shelf life. That’s presumably sweet relief to anyone who’s yet to grab the £264.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 set, which is no small investment – but offers a very generous return for your money.
As well as 22 minifigures – 19 of which are unique to that set – 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens packs in 5,685 pieces, all of which assemble into one of the most gloriously colourful buildings the
Group has ever committed to plastic. Check out our detailed review for a closer look at everything this NINJAGO set brings to the table (and it’s a lot – no wonder it’s a mainstay in Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List).Plenty of NINJAGO sets are still leaving shelves this year, meanwhile, including
– which was previously due to stay in production until at least mid-2023. You’ll find a full list of LEGO sets retiring in 2022 by clicking here.Support the work that Brick Fanatics does by purchasing your LEGO using our

Hello Chris I have a question about what you wrote about the lego ninjago garden city set and about it’s retirement being pushed back to 2024 and I am wondering if that’s a fact or is it just rumors floating around
