LEGO Harry Potter 76421 Dobby the House-Elf could change LEGO figures 

LEGO Harry Potter 76421 Dobby the House-Elf introduces a new colour for LEGO bricks that could change brick-built figures as we know them. 

Revealed, likely by mistake, in a listing from retailer Thalia earlier this week, 76421 Dobby the House-Elf has many details that are unclear at this time, including price and release date. 

However, the images provided by the retailer showcase that 76421 Dobby the House-Elf will debut ball joints and clip pieces in a new flesh colour. Featured on his wrists, hands and neck, three pieces are included in the colour.  

While flesh-coloured LEGO bricks are not too commonly used in sets, this showcases that the pieces can come in colours other than grey and black – potentially blending better with brick-built figures in the future. 

Previous figures that could benefit from these pieces in a different colour include 71774 Lloyd’s Golden Ultra Dragon, 76226 Spider-Man and 76128 Molten Man Battle. 

Unfortunately, 76421 Dobby the House-Elf still includes the smaller ball joint pieces in grey, continuing to stand out compared to the rest of the limbs. However, the update to part of the LEGO Group’s posing piece portfolio could be a good sign for the future.
