More LEGO Batman video game suits, vehicles and characters confirmed
Additional suits, vehicles and characters have now been officially confirmed for the upcoming LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight video game.
The big news for DC fans this week is that LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has been revealed, with the TT Games title due to arrive sometime in 2026. The video game will encompass 86 years of character lore, including movies, TV shows, comic books and more.
With a playable demo of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight currently available at Gamescom 2025, players have been diving into the title, with intriguing new content being revealed by a variety of social media accounts.

That includes LEGO Games News on X (formerly Twitter) which has confirmed more new suits, vehicles and gameplay features that will be included in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
For starters, when it comes to interchangeable outfits to wear, so far we know that players will be able to choose between the likes of The Batman, The Dark Knight and the Golden Age Batsuit, with the latter available for free when signing up for a WB Games account.
In addition, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will also include more outfits such as Batman: The Brave and the Bold, the obscure Rainbow Batman, the 1966 TV show Batman, Batman ’89 and Batman Forever, with many more that are locked on the suit selection page.

Not to be left out, Jim Gordon also gets a range of nifty outfits, with footage from LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight having already revealed that the traditional comic book version of the character will be playable, plus Jeffrey Wright’s version from The Batman and what appears to be a sheriff variant too.

On the unlockable and driveable vehicle side of things, we’ve seen images of The Batman Batmobile and Batcycle and The Dark Knight Batmobile. To that list we can now add The Dark Knight Batpod, Arkham Knight Batmobile, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Batmobile and Batman: The Animated Series Batmobile, plus GCPD Patrol Car, Motorcycle and SWAT Team Truck.

LEGO Games News has also reported that Riddler puzzles will be scattered across Gotham City for players to find, with a similar quest system having previously appeared in past Arkham video games.
Finally, TT Games’ Strategic Director & Head of Development Team, Jonathan Smith, has sat down with IGN to talk about LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. During the quick chat he confirmed Batmite and Condiment King would appear in the game, Superman and Peacemaker will not and replied with ‘No comment’ when asked about the possibility of Harley Quinn, Bob the Goon and Batman Beyond’s Terry McGinnis popping up.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2026.
