LEGO Braille Bricks’ smallest set so far revealed
A new LEGO Braille Bricks set has been spotted online, and it’s by far the smallest and easiest gateway into this resource so far.
Target has added a listing for 30711 Play with Braille Bricks, revealing what was once a rumoured model. The polybag features just 10 pieces and costs $4.99 with no stock or release date on the retailer. The small set will offer easier and more affordable access to Braille Bricks, which are designed for visually impaired people as a resource to learn and communicate through Braille.

Previous LEGO Braille Bricks models cost £79.99 / $89.99 / €89.99 and are available only on the official online store. This is the first time that the resource has been made available beyond the LEGO Group’s bubble, assuming Target hasn’t put up this listing mistakenly. The fact that this polybag comes with a LEGOLAND voucher, like the standard polybags, suggests that this will be widely available.
The Braille Bricks included in this polybag have not been confirmed, but eight appear on the bag’s artwork, suggesting that they will be included. With any luck, the release date and availability details for this set will be confirmed in the near future.
For now, we can at least look forward to a more affordable way to learn Braille through LEGO thanks to 30711 Play with Braille Bricks. Don’t forget that the £79.99 / $89.99 / €89.99 sets are available online in Italian, Spanish, French, English and German.
