LEGO Bricktales is coming to mobile this month
LEGO Bricktales, a puzzle-adventure brick-building video game, is coming to mobile platforms.
Already available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Mac, and PC, LEGO Bricktales has been well-received, with reviews citing its beautiful graphics as well as its innovative and challenging physics-based puzzles. You can read our review of the game here.
On console and PC, LEGO Bricktales costs £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99. The mobile version will allow gamers to try the game out on iOS or Android for a much lower price of £4.99 / $4.99 / €5.59. Additionally, the core mechanic of brick-by-brick building is ‘a match made in heaven for touchscreens’, according to Thunderful Chief Games Officer Agostino Simonetta.
In LEGO Bricktales, players must save their grandfather’s amusement park from closure by traveling across five biomes and solving various problems by building solutions out of LEGO bricks. There are a wide variety of puzzles across the jungle, desert, city, castle, and Caribbean biomes. Players can collect and unlock items, customize their character, and even play around with LEGO bricks in a sandbox mode.
If players are looking for a more laid-back experience, they can try out LEGO Builder’s Journey, another puzzle game with a similar look and concept. This game is also already available on mobile, so anyone excited for LEGO Bricktales’ mobile debut can get a taste of mobile LEGO puzzle gaming to tide them over until April 27.
