LEGO Bricktales gets a free Easter update

A free update is hopping its way towards LEGO Bricktales in time for Easter.

According to an announcement on Steam, the update will introduce an ‘egg-cellent’ new story, set in an Easter brick-based diorama in the style of the rest of the game. Players will come face to face with the Easter bunny and help it to make eggs for this year’s Easter celebration.

You’ll need to find your way past disgruntled chickens and snow, reqyuring ‘quick thinking and puzzle-solving abilities’ to help you save Easter. Here’s a screenshot of what to expect from the upcoming update.

There’s no specific date for when to expect the update to make its way onto your game, but Steam promises to let gamers know when it’s out. You’ll likely have to update your game to access the new free content.

The original game is also available on Steam for 20% off right now, bringing the price of LEGO Bricktales down from £24.99 to £19.99 right now, so it’s as good a time as any to try it out for yourself if you haven’t already. If you’re still unsure, check out our review of the game here.
