LEGO ‘Bright’ theme rumoured for 2024

As well as ‘Buffalo’, another LEGO theme is rumoured for later this year with the codename of ‘Bright’ featuring double the reported sets.

Instagram user 1414falconfan has shared information via listings from online retailer Libreria El Laberinto regarding four rumoured LEGO sets said to be part of a new theme. The theme is stated and listed to use the codename ‘Bright’, but it’s worth keeping in mind that LEGO theme codenames don’t necessarily have anything to do with the contents of the theme itself.

Exabrickslegogo_ on Instagram reports that LEGO ‘Bright’ could be based on a movie or series of some kind, though there may be too much potential within those categories to theorise anything specifically. Four sets are listed and rumoured for summer 2024 but all unconfirmed information should be taken with caution as details may be inaccurate.

The retailer also has listings for LEGO ‘Buffalo’ with half of the number of sets that LEGO ‘Bright’ has, though those listings suggest that it could be licensed, while ‘Bright’ doesn’t feature ‘ip’ in its names.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
