Global LEGO Build Day 2022 event kicks off on December 27

Following last year’s global event during the holidays, LEGO Build Day 2022 will be kicking off once again on December 27, 2023.

The LEGO Group will be holding an annual holiday event next week, encouraging fans young and old to get creative and use their imaginations. LEGO Build Day 2022 will be taking place on December 27, 2023, offering the chance to beat the post-Christmas blues with fun model-making activities.

As with last year’s event, the LEGO Group is hoping that thousands of fans from around the world will join in and take part in what’s intended to be a global event. The company is aiming to get friends and families to be as creative as possible with their designs and then share their finished builds on social media with the hashtag #LEGOBuildDay.

Whilst some may decide to simply crack open any sets they may have been lucky enough to receive at Christmas, others may need a little inspiration. Fortunately, the LEGO Group has you covered with a dedicated LEGO Build Day 2022 landing page that’s packed with challenges and activities.
