LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 16 Vignettes: Penguin Boy

We continue to present some great 8×8 vignettes built by the Brick Fanatics team. Each scene is inspired by one of the Series 16 Collectible Minifigures. Penguin Boy I toyed with a couple of ideas but decided to go with something a little more abstract, especially when discovered I had an 8x8 Trans Blue plate.
