LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 20 vignettes: Athlete

Brick Fanatics celebrates a decade of LEGO Collectible Minifigures with new vignettes for Series 20. It is time for the Athlete to show off her skills

Has it really been 10 years? Yes it has. LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 20 celebrates the tenth anniversary, introducing 16 new characters that are as fun and varied as ever. From Pea Pod Costume Girl to 80s Musician, it’s an eclectic mix as usual. Brick Fanatics is building another batch of vignettes, one for each minifigure in the wave.

Athlete

The Athlete stands proudly in the ring, ready to throw the discus with the crowd behind her. I enjoyed making this habitat, the main challenge was to get the ring to fit within the 8×8 space. I have built the ring in to the base of the wall behind the railings/netting. I love the torso on this minifigure with the number 0937 – it reads ‘LEGO’ upside down.
