LEGO Design Seminar 2024 model parts list revealed

The exclusive yet enticing LEGO Design Seminar 2024 set has appeared on the LEGO Builder App, providing a parts list and confirming details.

After its reveal yesterday, DS2024 The Magic of Play may not be as hard to recreate as expected, provided you can get your hands on the parts. That’s not to say there’s not still an issue though.

As discovered by Jay’s Brick Blog, DS2024 The Magic of Play’s instructions are available on the LEGO Builder App in case you want to recreate the model at home. You won’t be able to find the build by searching though, you need to click this link with the app loaded on a smart device with LEGO Builder installed.

As well as showcasing the minifigures and the back of the set, this also provides us with a near-complete parts list for the set. The minifigures consist of mostly common parts and prints aside from a unique printed blue torso and a black version of the LEGO DREAMZzz Mrs. Castillo body with a print.

Instead, the parts list states that standard versions of these elements should be used though this isn’t accurate for anyone who actually has the set in hand. That is unless those elements are stickered. Interestingly, Mrs. Castillo’s body in black has no element ID, confirming that is entirely exclusive either way.

You can find the full parts list for DS2024 by clicking the link above or in the below gallery.

LEGO DS2024 The Magic of Play won’t be available for sale and unless you were attending the exclusive event, you’re out of luck when it comes to collecting this build unless someone decides to part with the set. It seems unlikely that the two exclusive minifigure pieces will be released elsewhere in the future too due to their specific nature.

The rubber capes in this set aren’t exclusive, but they are rare. The green cape is featured in 76290 The Avengers vs. The Leviathan and the dark blue billowing cape is only in 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
