LEGO designers reveal 76269 Avengers Tower

Watch the LEGO designers behind 76269 Avengers Tower reveal the biggest Marvel set of all time, and learn why the set includes two Captain America minifigures…

Nestled among 76269 Avengers Tower’s incredible line-up of 31 different characters are two seemingly identical Captain America minifigures (save for their hairpiece/cowl), which Marvel fans will know is because Steve Rogers ends up fighting himself in Avengers: Endgame. But that’s not the only reason designers Justin Ramsden, Mark Stafford and Mark Tranter wanted to get two Caps into the set.

To find out the truth behind these two minifigures – and plenty more secrets besides – you’re going to want to watch this talented trio of LEGO designers introduce 76269 Avengers Tower. We had the chance to watch them pull back the sheet on this towering superhero skyscraper in Billund earlier this year, and now you can relive that experience over on our YouTube channel (or by hitting play below).

76269 Avengers Tower will be available to buy from November 24, 2023 – or Black Friday – for £429.99 / $499.99 / €499.99. Click here to check out more images of this soaring set, which clocks in at a whopping 5,201 pieces.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
