LEGO employee gift for Christmas 2025 revealed

It’s spoiler season for the LEGO employee gift for Christmas 2025, as workers are now receiving the exclusive set, which is likely to be in demand.

Every year, the LEGO Group gifts its employees an exclusive LEGO model for Christmas, ranging from tributes to the company’s history to a festive Star Wars starfighter. They’re always popular on the secondary market due to their exclusive nature, but 2025’s set seems likely to be more of a hit than ever.

Those still waiting to receive their copy of the employee gift for 2025 will want to click away now and come back later this year, as images of the new set will follow.

Senior Engineer Bram Vandewalle has received and revealed 4002025, sharing images of the set on social media. This year’s employee gift is a new modular building, with one side showing a toy store and post office with the familiar street design. The other side features Santa’s workshop, complete with a sleigh, and there’s an alleyway on both sides that connects them.

Seven minifigures are included in 4002025, including Santa and two elves. None of the parts appear to be exclusive, though some unique decorations are present. Otherwise, there’s nothing in the third 2025 modular building that appears to be hard to find elsewhere. This seems unlikely to impact the appeal of this employee gift on the secondary market, though.

Modular buildings have proven to be popular over the collection’s many years, and it’s clear to see that this multi-sided model is part of the range. Those aiming to complete the set will need to track down a copy of 4002025 when some employees choose to part with their gift.

In the meantime, 4002025 joins the growing list of LEGO employee gifts. It looks to be an exciting time for modular building collectors, with a new entry widely launching in just over a couple of weeks.

Note that the featured image for this story depicts the retired 10339 Santa’s Post Office to avoid sharing spoilers of the set.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
