LEGO fans in Hong Kong get Originals 853967 Wooden Minifigure wooden certificate

An exclusive wooden certificate of authenticity was given to the first 500 fans buying LEGO Originals 853967 Wooden Minifigure from a LEGO Certified Store in Hong Kong.

The LEGO Group has opted for another extremely limited piece to one specific region, giving the first 500 fans to buy LEGO Originals 853967 Wooden Minifigure from a LEGO Certified Store in Hong Kong an individually numbered certificate of authenticity. WC Lee shared a snap of the certificate on Facebook.

This new statue is a wooden replica of the iconic LEGO figure upscaled at 5:1 ratio, presented in a gift box with LEGO bricks and book of inspiration. It is a nod to both the wooden toys that launched the company and the iconic minifigure that was introduced in 1978.

Only the Langham Place store had the wooden certificate free with purchases, specifically on November 8, where decorated statues from LEGO Certified Professional Andy Hung and 10 local artists were on display. The certificate was not available at the global launch in London.
