LEGO Fortnite livestream hints at what to expect next update
A possible accident in the week-long LEGO Fortnite livestream may have revealed a major feature in the mode’s upcoming update.
Note that this article may feature spoilers for the next LEGO Fortnite update, ahead of its intended reveal further into the LEGO Fortnite livestream. A recent moment in the ongoing LEGO Fortnite live stream – which is running for one week – might have confirmed one feature in the next LEGO Fortnite update.
While asking the chat which Easter egg should be hidden next in the massive model, the host of the live stream mentions that they are building a large LEGO Klombo. Previously, we had no idea what was being created but now, it’s starting to make sense as the build is likely currently focusing on the creature’s head.
As this is a livestream we can’t embed a specific time code, but Ghostf4ce1 has recorded the moment and shared it on X. We’ve verified their claim by scrolling back on the official livestream, which you can do on YouTube or in the embedded video above.
It seems likely that this is an accidental slip-up, but it seems unlikely that Klombo is the only feature of the next update anyway. For the unfamiliar, Klombos are a creature that used to be in the Battle Royale mode of Fortnite but have since been removed. They are giant creatures that roam the map and could be used to gain new items by feeding them berries.
They could also attack players who made them hostile by attacking them but were otherwise peaceful. How this might be replicated in LEGO Fortnite is unconfirmed but the brief mention in the live stream as the subject of the huge model implies that they are coming to LEGO Fortnite in the next update.

Another aspect of Klombos to consider is their size compared to Fortnite characters, which would make them far bigger than any existing LEGO Fortnite creature, even more so than the Brutes.
For now, we’ll have to keep watching the LEGO Fortnite livestream over the next week to see what else is revealed, slowly. In the meantime, check out the most recent LEGO Fortnite set rumour.
