LEGO 75357 Ghost & Phantom II is ‘an absolute treat’

Disney+’s Ahsoka means a new LEGO version of the iconic Ghost starship, almost a decade after its LEGO debut – and what a return it’s made.

Hot on the heels of a disappointing LEGO Star Wars build in the form of 75371 Chewbacca, our video editor Matthew has now got his hands on 75357 Ghost & Phantom II – with much more success. The fast-approaching release of Ahsoka has given the LEGO Star Wars designers a fantastic excuse to return to the iconic Rebels ship and the results are exciting, to say the least.

While the bright colours and straightforward build are certainly indicative of its 10+ age range, that’s far from a bad thing. For both fans of Rebels and lovers of brick-built starships, there’s a lot to love about 75357 Ghost & Phantom II.

“Just because it’s a big kid set, doesn’t mean it’s not absolutely fantastic to put together,” says Matthew. “This one was a real treat.”

Even aside from being a far more enjoyable build experience than 75371 Chewbacca, the colours, show accuracy details, and play opportunities are just a few of the features that Matthew found himself loving.
