LEGO GWPs sell out in US as double VIP points continue
Two of the three GWPs offered on the US online LEGO store have run out, just before the double VIP points event was scheduled to end.
Both the free 40589 Pirate Ship Playground and 5007622 Fleece Blanket have sold out in the US as the double VIP points event continues into its final day.
That’s two fewer gifts for anyone in the country ordering anything during the double VIP points event that is currently scheduled to last until June 13. Thankfully, as the points are digital and tied to your account, they’re not likely to run out before the event ends.
Before the stock shortage, US customers could get 40589 Pirate Ship Playground with spends of $100 until June 18 and the returning 5007622 Fleece Blanket with purchases of $200 until June 18 (online only), while stocks last. Now, only 40607 Summer Fun VIP Add-On Pack will be added to all orders above $50 online and in-stores until June 16.
In the UK and Europe, both 40607 Summer Fun VIP Add-On Pack and 40589 Pirate Ship Playground continue to be offered, but 5007622 Fleece Blanket was never offered in the regions in conjunction with the current double VIP points event.
