LEGO Icons 10294 Titanic is finally available again in the UK and Europe

Following yet another extended period of unavailability, LEGO Icons 10294 Titanic is once again back in stock and available to order online – but you’ll need to be quick if you want it.

That’s based on just how quickly it’s sold out each and every time the LEGO Group has managed to restock the 9,090-piece set, which recreates the cruise liner at an unprecedented scale and with unprecedented attention to detail. Measuring an enormous 135cm long, 10294 Titanic has continued to sail off shelves since launching in November 2021 – despite its price tag of £589.99 / $679.99 / €679.99.

The LEGO Group has been doing a much better job of keeping on top of its inventory in 2022, but 10294 Titanic is that rare set that still eludes availability much of the time (at least in the UK and Europe – it seems more readily available in the US). There’s every chance this is the time it returns to LEGO.com for good, but history tells us not to expect it to hang around forever.

You could chance waiting a couple more days to snag 40580 Blacktron Cruiser with your order – the Classic Space redux will be free with all purchases above £170 / $190 / €190 from January 1 – but that will mean rolling the dice on 10294 Titanic staying in stock that long.

Whether you snap it up now or risk playing the waiting game, you can pass the time by checking out our review of the enormous LEGO Icons set. It’s since been surpassed in size by this year’s 10307 Eiffel Tower, but that shouldn’t take anything away from 10294 Titanic, which now sails straight back into Brick Fanatics’ Top 20 LEGO Sets List.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
