LEGO Icons 10350 Tudor Corner modular building officially revealed

The LEGO Group has officially revealed the next instalment in the Modular Buildings Collection, the decidedly British 10350 Tudor Corner.

Coming in at 3,266 pieces, 10350 Tudor Corner is – as you might expect from the name – a corner building, sticking to the release pattern of straight-edged and corner buildings that the series has followed since debuting in 2007. It serves up exactly 200 more pieces than the last corner, 2022’s 10297 Boutique Hotel, and is in fact the biggest 32×32-stud modular building to date.

That thankfully hasn’t translated to a price increase, because 10350 Tudor Corner will still retail for £199.99 in the UK, $229.99 in the US and €229.99 in Europe, matching the cost of 10297 Boutique Hotel and 10312 Jazz Club. It’s worth noting that the hotel marked a £30 / $30 / €30 jump in price from 2021’s 10278 Police Station though, so maybe that’s still accounting for a couple more years of inflation.

As for 10350 Tudor Corner itself? Well, it’s as British a LEGO set as you’ll ever see, combining an ‘inn’ (pub) and haberdashery on the ground floor, a clockmaker’s workshop on the first floor and an attic apartment on the top floor. There are seven minifigures in the box, among which is a chimney sweep – remember, this is an intensely British LEGO set – plus a bonus mannequin, which the LEGO Group says takes the overall count to eight.

The colour scheme of light blue and nougat is reminiscent of 10246 Detective’s Office, but the Tudor-style architecture on the top floor (from which the model derives its name) represents something really fresh for the Modular Buildings Collection. You’ll be able to add 10350 Tudor Corner to your own collection from January 1, 2025 for £199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99.

There’s also an accompanying gift-with-purchase available to early adopters in the form of 40757 Corner Kiosk. The LEGO Icons GWP will be free exclusively with orders of 10350 Tudor Corner from January 1 to 3 for LEGO Insiders, and from January 4 to 7 for everyone else (or while stocks last).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
