LEGO Ideas 21343 Viking Village rumoured details surface

More rumoured details for the upcoming LEGO Ideas Viking Village have arrived, including a release date soon and an approachable price.

Last listed as 21341, 21343 Viking Village is reportedly launching on October 1 for $129.99, states brick_clicker and shared by falconbrickstudios. It’s believed that the long-awaited model will include 2,103 pieces. That’s the same approximate piece count as the original LEGO Ideas project.

While the theme has been less expensive as of late, LEGO Ideas sets can cost as much as $399.99 so the reported price of $129.99 may be a welcome sight for some.

The project by BrickHammer proposed a village of Vikings on an island, making a picturesque scene dotted with snow. The submission was initially rejected but received a second chance thanks to a Target fan vote event, the first of multiple for the platform. We know that the finished model will be available exclusively at Target outside the LEGO Group’s retail space, as the winner of the fan vote.

Nothing more is known or rumoured for the LEGO Ideas Viking Village at this time, though it sounds like we don’t have too long to wait for it, should reports be believed.

This rumoured has yet to be officially confirmed so take it with a pinch of salt for now. The most recent LEGO Ideas release is 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage and you can click here to see what LEGO Ideas sets are currently in production.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
