LEGO Ideas launches festive contest inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas

Get into the Halloween spirit by taking a leaf out of Jack Skellington's book in a brand-new LEGO Ideas contest inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The LEGO Ideas team is challenging builders to transform a classic Christmas element into a scary Halloween-themed version using LEGO bricks. The idea is to translate a chosen Christmas element as if it were becoming a part of Halloween Town, in honour of the recent release of 21351 The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Some suggestions of what to include are twisted branches, eerie decorations, and scary surprises, but the world is your oyster – so long as it uses LEGO elements. Cobwebs, dark colours, and spooky Halloween accessories are all possible.

As extra motivation, the Grand Prize Winner of this challenge will receive the following LEGO Ideas sets:
