LEGO Ideas Twilight set includes Easter egg from book author
As well as paying tribute to the fan designer, the LEGO Ideas Twilight set includes a homage specifically requested by the author of the books too.
When 21354 Twilight The Cullen House launches next month, you might want to keep your eyes peeled for Easter eggs more than ever before as there’s an additional reference in the model that was requested by the author of the Twilight book saga.
“One of the coolest random Easter eggs they mentioned was that in the development of this set, the original author of the books (Stephenie Meyer) actually had a say in how the set was being built and even had some requests for Easter eggs, requesting one the designers could not explain, but they were asked to put in so I guess it’s representative of something important to the author,” explains DuckBricks after visiting the Fan Media Days event in 2024.
Exactly where this Easter egg is in the set is not known but stickered and printed elements are scattered across the three floors. Hopefully, once the model has been released a member of the design team will come out and confirm for Twilight fans precisely where and what this reference is.
DuckBricks also provides a closer look at the interior of the house in their video, offering a better idea of the layout for anyone wanting to customise the home with furnishings, walls and more.
