LEGO Marvel Fantastic Four set rumoured for 2025
At least one LEGO Marvel Fantastic Four set is rumoured to be landing on shelves in 2025, alongside a model that pits Hulk against Thanos in a potential battle of the bigfigs.
Update: DaveBricks1995 has come out as a false source of information and a.clay.brick now states that the description and name of this rumoured set are unknown to them and that the number could belong to another movie entirely. Treat this rumour as inaccurate until we know more.
Fresh LEGO Marvel 2025 rumours are here courtesy of Instagram user a.clay.brick, a traditionally reliable source who’s corroborating and republishing reports from unproven source DaveBricks1995. Those include future LEGO Star Wars sets, which Dave was apparently the first to mention before being corroborated by more reliable sources, offering him a little more credibility in the rumour space.
All this is simply to qualify the rumours we’re now reporting here, because they should really be treated even more lightly than usual. But if they are true, 2025 is shaping up to be pretty interesting for LEGO Marvel, which is now said to be debuting its first-ever Fantastic Four set at some point next year. 76316 Galactus vs The Fantastic Four will seemingly see the superheroes go toe-to-toe with one of their most iconic villains.
Whether this rumoured LEGO Marvel 2025 set is hooked to the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps isn’t clear at this stage, but given how most of the LEGO Group’s new Marvel sets these days are tied to theatrical releases, the safe money is on that being the case. A comics-inspired set could prove just as interesting, though.
Also said to be joining the LEGO Marvel theme in 2025 is 76312 Hulk Monster Truck vs Mighty Thanos, which on paper sounds like the same style of set as 2017’s 76078 Hulk vs Red Hulk, pitting two bigfig characters against one another in what will likely be quite an expensive set. That’s if these characters are both bigfigs, of course: they’ve both received standard minifigures in the past, so that could also be on the cards here. It would certainly make driving a monster truck a bit easier…
Finally, DaveBricks1995 claims that 76313 Marvel Logo will include Avengers minifigures bursting from its brick-built logo, making it distinct from its Star Wars equivalent (which is said to be an 18+ model with no minifigures). Exactly which Avengers are included has yet to be confirmed. But then nothing here is really confirmed yet – we’ll have to wait for the LEGO Group to officially reveal its 2025 line-up for that.
