Six new and updated LEGO Star Wars 2025 rumours – Kylo Ren, battle packs and more

Six new and updated LEGO Star Wars 2025 rumours have just landed online, including a new sequel trilogy set, the release date for the next battle pack and another helmet.

Details of next year’s LEGO Star Wars line-up are coming thick and fast at the moment. Hot on the heels of yesterday’s minifigure update, which suggests Plo Koon and R5-D4 will both be making an appearance in 2025, Instagram user a.clay.brick has published a bunch of new LEGO Star Wars rumours from ‘DaveBricks1995’, a source that was apparently the first to mention a new U-wing and Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter for 2025.

Both of those claims have since been corroborated by more reliable sources, lending more weight to DaveBricks1995’s reports. Given the current state of the LEGO rumour community, though – in which new names seem to be popping up left, right and centre – it’s becoming increasingly difficult to judge credibility of individual sources, so best to take all this info with an even bigger grain of salt than usual.

6 – 75400 Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter release date

First reported by DaveBricks1995 and then backed up by childish_landino_chronicles (a more reliable source), 75400 Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter was initially said to be dropping at some point between April and June. The latest info now suggests that it will arrive on June 1, 2025, pointing to another June wave of LEGO Star Wars sets. This year saw four sets drop on June 1, including 75386 Paz Vizsla and Moff Gideon Battle and 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack.

5 – 75407 Star Wars Logo details

Both LEGO Marvel and LEGO Star Wars are said to be launching buildable logos for their respective themes in 2024, and while the superhero version is supposedly ‘for kids’ and includes Avengers minifigures bursting from the build, the Star Wars equivalent is now said to be an 18+ set that includes zero minifigures. If that’s true, it’s a very telling sign of where the LEGO Group sees its Star Wars audience in 2025…

4 – AT-AT Driver Helmet rumour

Word of a LEGO Star Wars AT-AT Driver Helmet first surfaced all the way back in 2021, when it was said to be joining 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet and 75328 The Mandalorian Helmet on shelves in 2022. It ultimately failed to arrive, but is now apparently on the cards for 2025 instead. If that is the case, it could debut alongside 75408 Jango Fett Helmet, marking a fully-fledged return for the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection.

3 – The next LEGO Star Wars battle pack

While the first half of 2025 is currently absent any LEGO Star Wars battle packs, DaveBricks1995 claims that one will be coming next summer. That’s an increasingly familiar launch window for battle packs, following 2023’s 75359 332nd Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper Battle Pack and 2024’s 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack, which debuted in August and June respectively. There’s no word yet on what 2025’s pack could include, though.

2 – 75406 Kylo Ren’s Shuttle

Two midi-scale LEGO Star Wars sets are rumoured to be landing in January in 75404 Acclamator and 75405 Home One, but they’re reportedly not the only additions to the Starship Collection for 2025. 75406 Kylo Ren’s Shuttle is said to be launching at some point next year, marking not only the sequel trilogy’s first midi-scale set, but potentially its first 18+ set full stop. It would be the third Kylo’s shuttle following the two playset versions.

1 – Amended prices for previously-rumoured sets

Price tags are often the most volatile part of any LEGO rumour, and so it goes for the LEGO Star Wars 2025 line-up. 75399 U-wing Fighter and 75407 Star Wars Logo were previously rumoured to cost $79.99 each but will apparently actually retail for $69.99 apiece, while 75416 Chopper is now believed to cost $109.99 rather than $99.99. That’s somehow more expensive than 75379 R2-D2 for what should really be a smaller droid.
