Two LEGO NINJAGO City minifigure collections are almost complete 

LEGO 71799 NINJAGO City Markets finishes the Elemental Master minifigures, and two more collections are nearly done too. 

Starting with 70620 NINJAGO City, based on the movie, and continuing with 71799 NINJAGO City Markets, based on Dragons Rising, there are two collections of LEGO NINJAGO minifigures that are nearly complete. 

It’s easy to find the ninja in their colourful uniforms in sets saving the city, including the NINJAGO City range. However, the massive models also offer an opportunity to depict the ninja in more casual outfits, given the enthusiasts they appeal to. 

You might not have noticed, but whether they be based on the movie designs or those from the animated series, the NINJAGO City range has been slowly filling out the roster of characters in both types of clothing. 

The arrival of 71799 NINJAGO City Markets for Dragons Rising means a chance to pick up Sora and Arin too. Notably, Arin’s Outfit is considerably more casual than Sora’s which appears throughout the rest of the Dragons Rising sets.  

However, a casual outfit for Sora is featured in the June 2023 Build a Minifigure selection. Still, it has yet to appear in NINJAGO City. 

Both 70620 NINJAGO City and 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens include the ninja outfit for Lloyd and Jay respectively, but with a transparent head so we’re not counting them in the table. Note that they appear elsewhere in their ninja costumes too. 

Based on the NINJAGO City minifigures across the four sets, we’re only missing Arin and Cole in their ninja outfits and Sora in a more casual outfit. You can pick up a casual Sora outfit in physical LEGO stores now, but it’s something that could do with being more accessible in the future to complete the collection.
