LEGO One Piece’s smallest sets are easily some of the best

LEGO One Piece’s smallest sets continue to be gems of their waves, as 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout packs a lot of punch for the price.

75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout is the smallest of the builds in the new LEGO One Piece wave, but don't underestimate this build due to its size. The new £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99 LEGO One Piece set follows closely in the footsteps of last year's 75636 Windmill Village Hut. Both include three characters, feature at least two exclusive minifigures, and comprehensively cover a location from a flashback.

Another aspect that 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout and 75636 Windmill Village Hut have in common is that they’re both fantastic. The smallest of the theme’s 2026 releases is an easy must-have in the new selection, and as essential as 75636 Windmill Village Hut.

It all comes down to the included characters. 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout doesn’t have anyone quite as widely appealing as Shanks, but Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha are still great minifigures with an exclusive element in the former. Chopper’s availability in this minuscule model is also appreciated, as he's otherwise limited to much more expensive models.

Chopper uses a new style of baby figure with standard hands and space for a normal minifigure head. This allows Chopper to wield items despite his small size and ensures that his exclusive hat and antlers piece can be used elsewhere. You’ll see this style of figure a few more times across the Season 2 wave, and it’s a welcome addition to the world of LEGO figures.

There’s no doubt that the minifigures in 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout are a great excuse to pick up this build as soon as possible. Speaking of the build, the hideout model itself is packed with details and references, some of which will bring you to tears in the best way possible – at least if you've seen Season 2 of the Netflix live-action show.

Some of the techniques on display are simple but genius, and every element is put to good use to make the model look as good as it can inside and out. The hideout goes great with the three included minifigures, allowing you to recreate every scene in the flashback sequence. 

You’ll find plenty of ways to display this build, though play features are unfortunately limited. It’s hard to imagine what play features could have been included, and ample space to pose minifigures is definitely worth something.

All of this for £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99 presents great value, and rest assured that 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout is the one LEGO One Piece Season 2 set not to be missed. 75641 Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout will be available from August 1, 2026, for £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99.
