LEGO Sherlock Holmes teased by Barnes & Noble

Retailer Barnes & Noble has teased a LEGO Sherlock Holmes minifigure in a brief teaser, confirming more news is coming this week.

US bookstore chain Barnes & Noble has teased a short clip of a minifigure Sherlock Holmes, peering into the camera using a magnifying glass. The teaser video ends with a combined logo of the LEGO Group and Barnes & Noble, revealing a collaboration between the two.

“We’re getting ready to unveil a brilliant collaboration between two of your favourite brands,” reads the caption below the video on Instagram. “We can’t spill the details just yet, but here’s a clue: it’s built brick by brick and full of mystery. Come back April 29th to see the big reveal.”

That means there are just a couple of days to go to see official confirmation of what this teaser could be referring to. Safe to say, fans in the comments are already excited.

“This is a need, not a want, and I’ve very excited,” commented one Instagram user, while another enthused: “If we’re about to get some bookish LEGO sets, I swear to God I may not recover.”

Stay tuned to Brick Fanatics on April 29 for a full reveal.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
