LEGO shop cancels Star Wars 77904 Nebulon-B Frigate orders

Many fans have had their orders for LEGO Star Wars 77904 Nebulon-B Frigate cancelled, while others have started to ship.

On November 14, LEGO Star Wars 77904 Nebulon-B Frigate arrived at LEGO.com for fans in the US. The set was planned as a San Diego Comic Con 2020 exclusive, but the event was cancelled. It sold out quickly with a bit on confusion as it was available to order, unavailable, then available again.

Now fans have been receiving emails from LEGO.com telling them that their order has been cancelled. Comments from numerous collectors on Facebook indicate that it’s affecting dozens of orders at the very least.

“Just received email from LEGO with the cancellation of my Nebulon order. Apparently their website did not track the amount in their inventory and they oversold, up until yesterday. I placed my order less then an hour after on sale,” posted Jason Petroski, one of the disappointed LEGO fans.

Some customers complained and were offered LEGO VIP points as an apology, but for those who were looking to add the Nebulon Frigate to their collection, they are not much help.
